We all need to push the reset button. Get away from it all. Recharge. One Saturday a month, join me for a yoga mini-retreat at my home in Dripping Springs. I'm only 45 minutes from Austin, but it feels like a world away. Indulge in a 90-minute yoga/self-massage/mediation practice on my tree-top deck overlooking the hills, delicious healthy lunch (with gf, paleo and vegan options), time by the pool and relaxing in hammocks. I'm minutes from wineries, breweries, Pedernales State Park and Hamilton Pool if you want to make a full day out of it.
